Port Bonaire Seascape A301 Apartment 2 2 4 Getting around Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Port Bonaire Seascape A301. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port. The views are expansive and beautiful. Being this close to the airport you might be worried about plane noise but its not a problem at all. We wanted or needed nothing! It is so nice to go someplace, grocery shop, come home to cook and have everything you need in the kitchen. The same went for the two bathrooms. It can get very pricey to show up for vacation and then have to buy soap and shampoo that you know your are going to have to leave behind. Again, the bathrooms had everything we needed. When the fans on the porch stopped working the staff was quick to come out and address the problem. We stayed in 301A on our last stay to Bonaire and will be back next year. We are so gratefull that owners continue to rent it out, we know it can't always be easy. It felt like home and we treated your property like it was our home. Thank you for a great stay. The air worked great in the bedrooms and made it comfortable to sleep. The kids had fun swimming in the pool and it was nice to be able to snorkel right there in the bay. Lots of fish to see there. The apartment at Port Bonaire is conveniently located next to a Dive Friends outlet where we were able to pick up tanks of nitrox and board dive boats for trips. The apartment was extremely well appointed with everything needed for a stay; even the selection of herbs and spices was extensive. We enjoyed our stay on Bonaire and would not hesitate to recommend this Sunwise property. In the area of Seascape you will find Flamingo Adventure Golf, Epic Sunset Tours, Seacow Snorkel Tours, Klein Bonaire and the mangrove forests, but with a rental car the best snorkeling and diving spots, like all the other activities on Bonaire, are always nearby. How close is the nearest beach to Seascape? We recommend that all of our guests in Seascape rent a car when they are on Bonaire, and by car the closest beach, that of Te Amo Beach, is just 1 minute away, at about 160 meters, or 0.1 miles. This beach is also easy to walk to. How far is Seascape from the center of Kralendijk? Seascape is about 3,7 kilometers, or 2.3 miles, only 8 minutes by car, away from Kralendijk, where our guests can find the best bars, stores and restaurants on the island. How much does it cost to stay at Seascape? Prices for Seascape may vary depending on the season, number of guests and so on. Also, there is the last minute discount that we apply for the first 20 days after the booking date. Seascape has a lovely communal pool, on its own grounds. Ideal for that cool drink in the Bonairean heat, or that sultry cocktail after sunset. Can I park a car at Seascape? Seascape has free parking space for our guests, on the grounds of the apartment complex. How often is Seascape cleaned? All our accommodations are private homes, without hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of the initial and final cleaning and provides enough towels and bedding in Seascape. If desired, we can request a quote for our guests, for a cleaning service in between.
