Layout of the villa This spacious villa has 6 bedrooms, four with king-size beds, two with twin beds, and four with private bathrooms, ideal for 12 guests. The trade winds naturally cool the spaces, while you enjoy the luxury of a modern kitchen, both inside and in the covered outdoor dining area. Adjacent to the main villa is a separate guesthouse featuring the fifth and sixth bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a separate toilet. This accommodation is designed as a comfortable and quiet sleeping wing for four additional guests, allowing Kas Très to host up to 12 people in total. Please note that this space does not include a private kitchen or indoor living room; cooking, dining, and socializing naturally take place in the main villa and on the outdoor terrace. Kas Très Villa 6 5 12 Getting around Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Très. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port. The pool and the outdoor spaces to relax were exceptional. The outdoor furniture was incredible and even with so many people everyone had so much space to unwind and enjoy some personal and social space. The open layout was so fun for enjoying evenings and dinners together and the location on the island was perfect. Having access to Oil Slick right out front was awesome. Communication was excellent with the Sunwise team and we so appreciated the amenities of the exclusive rental (grocery service, welcome basket and taxi service). We also were tremendously grateful for the late checkout which allowed us to enjoy one last day at the house! Would absolutely book with Sunwise in the future! The only issue we had was the exceptionally slippery flooring. We traveled with small children and my almost 80 year old parents and almost every one of us slipped and fell at some point and it was very stressful and despite all our efforts it was impossible to eliminate all water from dripping onto the floor as we were in and out of the pool constantly. I would use extreme caution if renting the house with older people or young children. The home is gorgeous, fully equipped, and perfectly positioned right on the ocean. We loved the stunning sunsets, the flocks of parrots flying by, and having access to the water for great snorkeling. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was a dream. Sunwise was exceptional throughout our stay. Their support was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Bij aankomst stond Margo klaar om ons te verwelkomen en rond te leiden. We hadden een klein probleem en namen contact met haar op, waarop ze snel reageerde. Het huis is goed uitgerust, wat erg prettig was omdat we veel zelf hebben gekookt. Prachtig uitzicht op het water, geweldige locatie en heerlijk ontspannen. De nabijheid van een snorkellocatie was een pluspunt. Horren voor de slaapkamerramen zouden uitstekend zijn om muggen buiten te houden. The house is spacious and offers many great spots, such as the long table with barbecue and second dishwasher, the gazebo, the bar table, and the lounge area. The landscaping is much more beautiful than shown in the photos, providing a lot of privacy. The only thing we missed were mosquito nets above the beds, that would truly be a great addition. The service from Sunwise is exceptional; they are always reachable and really do their best to give you an unforgettable holiday. We had such a great time and what a lovely villa in a beautiful location. Christiaan and Margot gave us a wonderful welcome, and from day one we enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets, the beautifully lit swimming pool, snorkeling in the sea right in front of the house, eating at the long table (delicious BBQ), the comfortable beds and bedrooms, and of course the mega-relaxed island! This house is perfect if you are looking for a beautiful sea view with and from the pool, and access to the sea. The house is beautiful mixing modern architecture and traditional wooden windows. The place is quiet and safe, right beside the house there is a diving center, you are near to 1000 steps which is one of the best spot for snorkeling (each time we went there, we saw big turtles and...baby sharks) In 1 word the place is ZEN. Kas Très is about 7.8 kilometers, or 4.8 miles from Kralendijk, a 13-minute drive away, where our guests can find the nicest bars, stores and restaurants on the island. How much does it cost to stay at Kas Très? Prices for Kas Très may vary depending on the season, number of guests and so on. There is also the last-minute discount we apply for the first 20 days after the booking date. Kas Très has free parking for our guests on its own property. However, most of our guests park along the side of the road, near the house. How often is Kas Très cleaned? All our accommodations are private homes, without hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of the initial and final cleaning and provides sufficient towels and bedding in Kas Très.
