General description Kas Simba is a spacious 200 m² villa located in the desirable Belnem neighborhood on the ground floor. The accommodation offers garden views and is located just 400 meters from Good and More supermarket, 1.3 kilometers from Playa Esmeralda (Ocean Oasis), 1.1 kilometers from Brass Boer restaurant, and 1.2 kilometers from Dive Friends Delfins dive center. This largest saltwater lagoon on Bonaire is hidden in the northern part of the park and is a magical place where Caribbean flamingos can often be admired. The lake is fed by seawater that flows in through underground channels, creating a unique ecosystem. You're close to beloved south coast beaches (like Bachelor's Beach) and iconic dive spots here; ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. Quiet residential area with quick routes to airport and downtown. Getting around Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Simba. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port. Even for the not self-explanatory safe (rtfm ;-), extra support came by - 1000 thanks for that too. Everything was clean and in homely condition, so no extenuating beds, etc. We felt comfortable in no time at all. We were glad that we brought a good fruit/vegetable knife, because we would have missed that. I find it important to mention that the room with double bed without skies becomes a walk-through room for the guests of the two single beds if you don't want to go over the terrace. This is not a problem per se, if you like to lock off at night, two different keys are needed. These four guests also share the bathroom in between. You can park for free both on the property and on the street.
