General description General description of this studio This studio is located on the second floor of the small-scale Den Laman Condominiums in the Hato district. From the balcony, you have a view of the island side of Bonaire. With a total area of 45 m², the studio offers a compact but comfortable base for two guests. The lively center of Kralendijk is 2.7 kilometers away, Rum Runners restaurant is 1 kilometer away, and Isidel Beach Park is just 100 meters from the building. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port. The unit is perfect for a couple with a kitchen, nice living area and bathroom. Been visiting Bonaire since 2011 and the host Cecile and Simon showed the most wonderful hospitality during both visits to Den Laman. Den Laman has easy access to Bari Reef for snorkeling and diving with beautiful sunsets daily. Its location is close to several great restaurants, shopping and just a five minute drive into Kralendijk. Had a minor issue at beginning of week and Cecile and Simon wasted no time in taking care of it. I highly recommend Sunwise Bonaire and their beautiful properties. Kitchen is well equipped. Room, bed and balcony offer enough space. Very friendly staff and owners. Communication is very easy. Elisa with Sunwise was great. She was already there for our check in and right on time with our check out. We used the onsite Dive Friends Bonaire for our diving needs. The onside pier and tank facilities are excellent!!! Bari Reef (the house reef) is also very nice. We will be staying there again in August. Situated in a condominium by the seaside and right next to Dive Friends scuba center, very convenient for divers. There was only one detail that was a bit annoying. The magnetic key to open the door to the apartment was not working properly and only opened after 4, 5 attempts. This was really annoying, but also it is easy to fix, just changing the doorlock mechanism. I hope the problem would be solved by now. A perfect place for divers looking for simplicity and convenience. The complex has a restaurant (Breeze 'n Bites) and a diving center (Dive Friends) and a fantastic and exclusive pier. Please note that the unit is on the second floor accessible by stairs. The unit has everything for your accommodation, as shown in the photos on the website.
