General description of the apartment Kas di Awa is located in the beautiful Water Villas Bonaire district, where colorful apartments and detached villas at Laguna Marina create a relaxing atmosphere. From the terrace, the apartment offers a lovely view of the garden and private pool. The lively capital Kralendijk is just 2 kilometers away, where you can enjoy cozy bars, great restaurants, and charming shops. The nearest restaurant, Sebastian’s, is about 1500 meters away, and the popular Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach can be found less than 900 meters from the apartment. The layout of the apartment This modern apartment has two spacious bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a comfortable king-size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds of 2 x 0.90 meters each. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet. The open kitchen, which connects to the living room, includes various appliances such as a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a cooktop, an oven, a toaster, a blender, an ice machine, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Kas di Awa Apartment 2 1 4 Getting around Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas di Awa. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port. In the area of Kas di Awa you will find Flamingo Adventure Golf, Epic Sunset Tours, Seacow Snorkel Tours, Klein Bonaire and the mangrove forests, but with a rental car the best snorkeling and diving spots, like all the other activities on Bonaire, are always nearby. How close is the nearest beach? We recommend that all of our guests in Kas di Awa rent a car when they are on Bonaire, and by car the closest beach, that of Te Amo Beach, is just 3 minutes away, at about 1.4 kilometers, or 0.8 miles. How far is it to the center of Kralendijk? Kas di Awa is about 2.3 kilometers, or 1.4 miles, only 4 minutes by car, away from Kralendijk, where our guests can find the best bars, stores and restaurants on the island. What are the costs of staying here? Prices for Kas di Awa may vary depending on the season, number of guests and so on. Kas di Awa has free parking for our guests on its own property. However, most of our guests park on the side of the road, near the house. How often are the facilities cleaned? All our accommodations are private homes, without hotel facilities. Sunwise takes care of the initial and final cleaning and provides enough towels and bedding in Kas di Awa.
